![]() Despite fifteen years in the market, the US90 was continually developed and improved, receiving incremental changes yearly, and four significant updates, maintaining its relevance until 1985.Ĥth Generation ATC125M (1984-1985) In 1985, this machine was phased out for the more contemporary 2nd generation Honda ATC125M. The ATC90’s horizontally positioned engine grew to 105cc in 1979, when it was then marketed under the ATC110 designation. This led to Honda developing traditional Tire-on-Wheel designs in 1974, a feature continued on All-Terrain-Vehicles to this day.ģrd Generation ATC110 (1979-1985) For all the benefits, the tires proved to be fragile in rougher terrain, and expensive to replace. Cushioning for the rider was provided by the low-pressure hubless tires, which also provided a low-impact impression on the environments it traverses. The US90 had been designed without suspension, which would be common place on ATC’s for the first decade. The ATC prefix would be used for all Honda Three-Wheeled-Vehicles until production ceased in 1987, and become a universal epithet for other manufacturers three-wheeled machines.Ģnd Generation ATC90 (1974-1978) The designation was then changed to ATC90. The US90 designation was used until 1973, when Honda successfully trademarked the moniker ‘All Terrain Cycle’. So with that i'd just like to say a massive thank you for watching and enjoying my videos and any contribution you can make to the channel is appreciated massively and will help me to bring you bigger and better videos, But if you choose not to contribute don't sweat it as my videos will still keep coming for as long as i can make them because as i said before i love making restoration videos and being able to share my passion with you all.The Initial US90 was offered at $595 in 1970, and featured an 89cc engine producing 7 hp. As you are probably aware Patreon allows fans to contribute a small monthly tip to their favorite creators this helps me more than you can imagine as the ad revenue from YouTube varies greatly along with changes in the algorithms this can create very tough times and by supporting me on Patreon you can provide me with a stable income to create even better restoration projects. Īlthough i absolutely love the process, each video i make takes ALOT of time and effort from sourcing and buying projects to doing all the research on how it should be restored and then there is the cost of buying all the parts, tools and consumables then add into the mix all electronic equipment and time that has to be spent on editing and uploading. Im so lucky to have such a great audience on YouTube that loves restoration as much as i do and i am super excited to see where the future takes the channel and that brings me neatly onto. With each restoration i find myself venturing deeper into the rabbit hole, researching the history of the items/bikes and cars i restore, tracking down parts, finding old diagrams and drawings to find out exactly how the restored item should be and with all the helpful comments from you guys i find my restoration skills and knowledge growing everyday. Since 2017 I have been creating restoration videos and posting them on YouTube and I LOVE IT! Restoration has become my passion in life and being able to document every step and share it with you makes it even sweeter when i see the happiness my restorations bring a lot of people.
